Tax Deduction: NAICC membership dues are deductible as a business expense. However, federal tax law disallows deductions related to certain types of lobbying and political activities. NAICC estimates that in 2012, 6.15% of dues will be used for activities covered by the law. Hence 93.85% of your dues are deductible.

*The FEAE is our educational foundation exempt from taxation under the 501(c)(3) code of the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions to the FEAE are deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes to the extent provided by law.
**Any amount is appreciated, however a donation of $250.00 or more to the FEAE qualifies the contributor as a Friend of the Foundation. The Friends of the Foundation will be listed on promotional materials to highlight the commitment of contributors to the mission and goals of the FEAE. The two funds are separate endowments managed by the FEAE for specific scholarships.
